Job Description
A facility coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of a facility to ensure its smooth operations. They are in charge of coordinating and scheduling maintenance and repair activities, managing vendors and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The facility coordinator is also responsible for managing budgets and resources, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating office moves or relocations. They may liaise with different departments or teams to address their facility-related needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
Additionally, a facility coordinator may be responsible for managing security systems, overseeing janitorial staff, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment for employees and visitors.
