Job Description

Job Description:
- Sale and Lease of properties in the company’s portfolio
- Ensure completion of all transactions
- Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business
- Secures the property and facility management briefs for the business
- Client relationship management and reporting
- Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations associated with the purchase, sale, or lease of property
- Communicate effectively with owners, buyers, and associates
- Advertising properties through a variety of marketing techniques
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline
- A minimum of 6-8 years as a real estate broker
- Chartered membership of relevant professional bodies
- Must possess excellent sales and marketing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must appear professional and presentable
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry
- Outstanding people skills, sociable, and confidential
- Proven track record of sales
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of Lagos real estate market
