Job Description
Our client is the foremost luxury goods company in Nigeria with a diversified portfolio that consists of over 13 of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands. They are looking to fill the role of a Senior Sales Executive.
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
Job Responsibility:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
- Professional Certifications would be an added advantage;
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive and proven experience within luxury, beauty, fashion, and retail verticals with international exposure.
- On top of fashion trends, new designers, products, etc.
- Experience in the fashion/apparel sector is preferred.
- Has demonstrable business acumen and a high level of analytical skills.
- Strong work ethic;

- Good Analytical skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
