Job Description

Our client, Amy Consulting, is a Fashion company located in Ikeja, Lagos, and is currently seeking a Brand Manager/Growth Manager/Business Operations Manager to join their team. The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring smooth operations that meet quality standards
  • Overseeing accounting, banking processes, and money handling, as well as monitoring financial data and recommending solutions for improved profitability
  • Developing strategies and policies for company growth
  • Implementing measures to reduce company costs
  • Conducting staff performance reviews and providing motivation
  • Managing market initiatives to maximize business performance and achieve customer and company goals
  • Implementing best business practices

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a brand manager, growth manager, or business operations manager
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with and understanding of market research
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
