Job Description
Our client, Amy Consulting, is a Fashion company located in Ikeja, Lagos, and is currently seeking a Brand Manager/Growth Manager/Business Operations Manager to join their team. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring smooth operations that meet quality standards
- Overseeing accounting, banking processes, and money handling, as well as monitoring financial data and recommending solutions for improved profitability
- Developing strategies and policies for company growth
- Implementing measures to reduce company costs
- Conducting staff performance reviews and providing motivation
- Managing market initiatives to maximize business performance and achieve customer and company goals
- Implementing best business practices
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a brand manager, growth manager, or business operations manager
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with and understanding of market research
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
