Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a customer service related field or position, be a positive thinker, and have the ability to run day to day administrative tasks such as responding to client inquiries and scheduling appointments.

Only candidates located within close proximity to Lekki Phase 1 will be considered.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handling phones to book and confirm appointments on our booking site, Whatsapp, and Instagram.
• Responsible for confirming all consultation forms for clients and keeping our client database up to date.
• Performing and confirming POS transactions such as debit and bank transfers.
• Greeting clients in a friendly manner and serving beverages and snacks.
• Informing clients about new services and discounts.
• Appropriately cross-selling services and products.
• Performing general cleaning tasks and maintaining reception areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 1-year experience as a receptionist or minimum 2-3 years experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in administrative computer software such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge in Gsuite preferred but can be taught.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Strong marketing and sales abilities.
• Excellent customer service and skills.
• Consistent professional presentation and pleasant demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
