Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, as well as safety and recreation programs.
2. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job responsibilities, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
3. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
4. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
5. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning employee-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
6. Allocate Human Resources, ensuring appropriate match between personnel and job descriptions.

Job Qualifications:

1. B.Sc Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications in CIPM will be an added advantage.
3. Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) as a Human Resources Officer.
4. Adequate knowledge of Nigeria Labour Law.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦108,00.00 – ₦168,00.00 per month
