Job Description
Are you passionate about providing care and assistance to the elderly? We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant de soins en gérontologie to join our team. As an Assistant de soins en gérontologie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our elderly residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist with medication administration under the supervision of the nursing staff.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in geriatric care is preferred but not mandatory.
