Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and workforce planning.
- Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Direct full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for all levels of roles.
- Forecast staffing needs and build talent pipelines for future growth.
Performance Management & Development:
- Design, implement, and monitor performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Oversee training, learning, and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Counsel managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:
- Ensure competitive compensation and benefits structures that align with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Policy Development & HR Systems:
- Develop, review, and communicate HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and HR data integrity using HRIS and related tools.
Reporting & KPI Tracking:
- Track and report on HR metrics and provide insights to management to support decision-making.
- Prepare HR dashboards, turnover reports, and compliance reports as required.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA with HR focus, MSc HRM) or HR professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is preferred.
Core Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
