Job summary
Promoting and maximizing occupancy of short-term rental properties to corporate clients, expatriates, tourists, and short-stay guests through strategic marketing, digital advertising, and client engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Promote short-let properties across online platforms and social media. ( Airbnb, etc)
- Manage enquiries, bookings, and client follow-ups.
- Implement pricing strategies based on seasonal demands to maximize occupancy & revenue
- Grow brand’s online visibility and brand awareness
- Monitor competitor listings and analyze market trends
- Build partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, and influencers.
- Coordinate property photos, videos, and virtual tours.
