Job Description

As a Legal Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the firm in providing legal services, including contract drafting, preparation and filing of court processes, participation in client meetings, court appearances, and corporate filings.
• Preparing written, video, and social media content for publication on the firm’s website or social media pages.
• Conducting legal research and providing legal opinions/advice to the firm and its clients.
• Negotiating, preparing, and reviewing contracts on behalf of clients.
• Participating in content creation activities for the firm.
• Attending client meetings and taking minutes of meetings.
• Managing the affairs of the firm with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦60,00.00 per month
