WORKPEDIA AFRICA, a pharmaceutical company in Emene, Enugu, seeks a full-time Human Resources Manager. Salary: ₦150,00–₦200,00/month. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and disciplinary matters, benefits administration (health insurance, pension), training and development, HR metrics and reporting, and HR policy development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR experience preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities; and commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
