Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes, safety standards, and housekeeping procedures.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and delivery processes to ensure timely supply to outlets.
- Manage warehouse staff, including training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and retail teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Use warehouse management systems to track stock movements and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience managing a warehouse, preferably in retail, FMCG, or distribution.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Salary
N450,00 – N500,00 per month.
