Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Patrol Supervisor role based in Ikeja, Lagos. The Patrol Supervisor will oversee security operations, ensuring effective team coordination and adherence to security protocols. Daily responsibilities include supervising security personnel, enforcing safety regulations, managing schedules, conducting patrols to prevent risks, and providing timely reports. The role requires maintaining operational efficiency while addressing potential security challenges proactively.
Qualifications
- Educational requirement: BSC,HND, OND
- Strong Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership abilities to manage and guide security teams effectively
- Experience in Law Enforcement and Physical Security to mitigate risks and ensure safety
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and practices
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and prioritize tasks
- Good communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local security regulations and protocols is advantageous
- Previous experience in security management or related fields is preferred
- Relevant certifications in security or law enforcement are aplusm
- Minimum of 3years experience
