Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Premier Banker located in Abuja. The Premier Banker will oversee managing high-net-worth client relationships, offering financial advice, and selling financial products and services tailored to meet clients’ needs. Responsibilities also include account management, analyzing financial data, identifying business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Premier Banker will work closely with teams to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Relationship management and client servicing skills with a focus on building trust and loyalty
- Sales, negotiation, and cross-selling abilities to promote products and services effectively
- Strong understanding of financial products, analytical skills, and ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Proficiency in the use of digital banking tools and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in private or priority banking is an advantage
