Job Description
As a Contact Centre Agent – Sales, your main responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from potential customers and assist them in their purchasing decisions. You will be expected to provide accurate information about the products and services we offer, address any concerns or objections, and close sales effectively. Excellent communication and persuasive skills are essential in this role. Additionally, you will need to maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. This position requires a proactive and resilient individual who is able to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
