Job Description

Plural Health seeks an Office Manager in Lekki, Lagos (Hybrid, Full-time). You will oversee building maintenance, vendor management, workspace layouts, inventory and shipments, and ensure fire, first-aid, and occupational safety compliance. Candidates should hold a BSc in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field; be familiar with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; possess strong vendor negotiation and hands-on troubleshooting skills; and be highly organized with a safety-first mindset. Success is measured by rapid repairs, high cleanliness and security inspection scores, current safety certifications, and facility spending within budget. Compensation: ₦150,00 per month.
