Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling and product advice
• Promote and sell fashion products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain deep knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and brand story
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Ensure the store is clean, well-arranged, and visually appealing at all times
• Assist with stock receiving, tagging, shelving, and stock counts
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and loss prevention procedures

Key Requirements

• Minimum of ND, HND or B.sc
• 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in the fashion retail space is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage

Compensation Structure

• Basic salary of N120,00 – N150,00 depending on experience
