We are seeking a Program Director for Food Processing to lead program strategy, oversee operations, ensure food safety compliance (HACCP, FSMA), manage budgets, build partnerships with industry and research institutions, drive process innovation and workforce training, lead multidisciplinary teams, and track performance metrics. The ideal candidate has eight to ten years in food processing or manufacturing with proven leadership and a degree in food science, engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong project management, regulatory knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication skills required. Travel as needed.
