Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Lagos. The individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, meeting set sales targets, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role requires presenting company offerings effectively, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Professional will also be expected to stay informed about market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills with experience in meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Organizational and time management skills to handle a busy sales pipeline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related industries is a plus
