Job Description
Drive growth by marketing insurance products and promoting the brokerage brand. Lead a BD team, develop and execute strategies, generate new business, expand client portfolios, boost brand visibility, and perform market and competitor analysis to meet revenue targets. Requires a bachelor’s in insurance or related field, mandatory brokering/agency experience, proven BD results, and strong presentation, communication, analytical, negotiation, and networking skills.
