Join IBADAN JOB CONNECT as a full-time Talent Acquisition Associate. You will manage end-to-end recruitment: source candidates via job boards, social media and referrals; screen CVs and conduct initial phone/virtual interviews; coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers; maintain candidate records and recruitment databases; assist with job postings and employer branding; communicate with candidates; support onboarding and documentation; and prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics. Requires 2 years outsourcing experience, CIPM certification, and fluency in Yoruba, English, and Pidgin. Location: Ibadan. Work on-site. Salary: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month.
