Job Description

Pathway Holding is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to strategize and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on strategies and campaigns.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the Services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
