We are hiring a Product Trainer for Zoho Workplace to design and deliver engaging training for customers and internal teams, ensuring successful adoption of Zoho Mail, Docs, Cliq, WorkDrive, and related apps.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, leading live and virtual sessions, creating tutorials and demos, collecting feedback, and collaborating with product and support teams to improve learning resources.

Requirements: 2+ years of training experience with SaaS or collaboration tools, strong presentation and communication skills, hands-on knowledge of Zoho Workplace, ability to simplify technical concepts, and occasional travel availability.
