Job Description

Agor Homes furniture manufacturing company needs a CNC/TECHNICAL FLOOR SUPERVISOR to join her team.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

1. Oversee CNC machine operations and ensure production of furniture parts.

2. Supervise technical aspects of floor operations, including machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.

3. Manage production workflow, optimize processes and meet quality standard.

4. Coordinate with design and production team for smooth workflow.

5. Lead a team of internal teams, artisans, provide technical guidance, and ensure safety protocols.

6. Monitor production targets and implement improvements.

7. Ensure quality control of parts and products, conduct inspections, and implement qc procedures.

8. Prepare reports.

9. Ensures all finished products are of company finishing standard.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering

2. Experience in CNC operations, furniture manufacturing preferred.

3. Technical knowledge of machinery and troubleshooting.

4. Leadership and problem-solving skills.

5. High Attention to details and quality control.

6. MUST have experience in the furniture industry

7. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and other related software.
