Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Sales Executive based in Lagos. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting products in line with company objectives. The role involves assisting customers, identifying their needs, processing transactions, and creating a positive shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about company products, keeping track of inventory, and ensuring the store’s merchandising aligns with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Retail Sales and Sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets.
- Strong Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients, provide product information, and address inquiries professionally.
- Experience in a retail or sales environment and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Educational background in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
