Job Description

We seek an experienced In-House Counsel for our real estate team to manage transactions, draft and negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements, conduct due diligence, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate outside counsel. The ideal candidate holds a J.D., is admitted to the bar, has 5+ years of real estate law experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to advise business partners clearly.
