Job Description
We are hiring a professional, high-energy Mixologist to craft classic and inventive cocktails, greet guests, learn preferences, recommend menu items, take orders, and prepare and serve drinks and light food. Responsibilities include menu planning, recipe development, ID checks, inventory and supply ordering, handling cash and card transactions, upselling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Requirements: SSCE, meets state minimum age to serve alcohol, availability nights/weekends/holidays, professional appearance, strong communication, basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, knowledge of mixing techniques, ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month.
