Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Expert General Club Manager to join our team at Goldplates Feast House. As an Expert General Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and profitability of our club. You will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and a strong ability to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to increase club membership and revenue
- Managing and motivating a team of employees, including hiring and training new staff
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any complaints or issues
- Monitoring and assessing the financial performance of the club, including budgeting and forecasting
- Implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient club environment
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional activities and events
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in achieving revenue targets and managing staff performance
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry trends and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
