Job summary
We are seeking to hire a proactive and results-driven Retail Officer to join Zenith City Foods.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new distributors (wholesalers & retailers)
- Build and maintain strong distributor relationships
- Ensure distributors meet minimum purchase commitments
- Monitor distributor performance and report on sales targets
- Support market expansion initiatives and brand visibility
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery
- Managing distributor relationships
- Ensuring consistent sales growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, distribution, or FMCG (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Functional social media skills to support distributor engagement (optional but advantageous)
