Job summary
We seek to hire a suitable candidate for this role. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and meet sales targets with good knowledge of digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies. He/She must be willing to engage in field marketing and online marketing as required.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work independently to achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Identify, engage, and acquire new customers through online marketing channels
- Participate in field marketing activities to promote products and services as required
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through both online and offline efforts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the team to improve marketing strategies and overall sales performance
Requirements:
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing (experience in logistics is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Willingness to engage in field marketing and client visits
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
- Good understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry is an added advantage
