Job Description
OPEN ROLE: Business Development Associate in a reputable Pharmaceutical Organization
A location around CMD Road/Ikosi/Ketu/Ojota/Magodo / Maryland/ Ikeja, and its environs is preferred.

Position: Business Development Associate
Key Strategic Job Descriptions:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients.
2. To collaborate with the HMO Operations team to fulfill requests promptly and increase revenue.
3. To generate requests while also collaborating with sales teams to fulfill requests promptly and increase revenue.
4. Creating new accounts by reaching out to potential clients (B2B), attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings, and networking with other stakeholders and partners.
5. Prepare business proposals, arrange meetings, make presentations to prospective clients, and handle the onboarding process for the new clients.
6. Increase the value of current customers and grow existing accounts.
7. Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of a First Degree in Management/Social Sciences or Medical Sciences.
2. At least 3-5 years of work experience in medical sales . Additional qualifications will be an added advantage.
3. Must have worked in a reputable organization with a track record of excellent performance.
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
5. Proven working experience as a Business Development Specialist, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.
6. Attention to detail & ability to work independently.
7. Ability to prioritize and to work on both long-term and short-term projects.
8. Resides within or around CMD Road/Ikosi/Ketu/Ojota/Magodo is preferred.
