Job Description

Lead daily operations of our restaurant to drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance. Manage budgets, sales targets, and vendor relationships.

Oversee staffing, training, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards. Analyze financial reports, implement cost controls, and develop marketing initiatives to grow revenue.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in multi-unit or restaurant management, strong leadership, POS and Excel skills, and excellent customer service focus.
