TeamAce Limited: Our client, a distinguished solutions provider in Electro-Mechanicals offering a range of services including backup power generation, electrical products, etc., is looking to fill the role of:
Location: GBAGADA, LAGOS.
Job Summary
As an Inventory Audit Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of our inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing effective control measures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of the company’s inventory to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies and collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to reconcile inventory records.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues and generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
- Work closely with the finance department to reconcile inventory records with financial records and ensure compliance with established documentation and record-keeping procedures.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to inventory management and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements
- BSC in accounting, Finance, or its equivalent in relevant courses.
- 1 – 3 years’ relevant experience in inventory audit.
- Strong use of Excel, Familiarity with Data analysis, inventory management software and systems.
Salary
- N150,00 Monthly.
