Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Head Chef Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a private head chef. Core responsibilities include schedule management, menu planning, ingredient sourcing, inventory oversight, supplier coordination, event assistance, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate possesses culinary knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work irregular hours.
- Manage calendars, orders, deliveries, and basic bookkeeping.
- Assist at private events and liaise with suppliers and household staff.
- Hospitality or private household experience preferred; valid driver’s license required.
