Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Legal and Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance, draft and review contracts, advise on legal matters, perform risk assessments, and implement effective compliance policies that support business objectives.
- Qualifications: law degree (J.D. or equivalent); minimum 3 years in corporate legal or compliance roles; strong analytical and communication skills.
- Key responsibilities: monitor legal and regulatory developments; coordinate with internal departments; maintain compliance documentation; develop and deliver staff training; provide practical legal advice that balances risk management with commercial needs.
