Job Description
We seek a professional, discreet Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director with executive, administrative, and organizational duties. Key responsibilities include managing calendars and appointments, coordinating travel, handling confidential correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, liaising with teams and stakeholders, monitoring tasks and timelines, and performing occasional personal errands.
Candidate requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred, 2–4 years of PA experience, advanced MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency, and demonstrated executive calendar management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and able to perform under pressure.
Terms: full-time, in-person. Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00 per month. Application deadline: January 12, 2026. Expected start date: January 20, 2026.
