Jobvet Services is hiring a full-time Customer Service Officer for a reputable restaurant in Surulere, Lagos. The role requires warmly greeting guests; handling inquiries and complaints; taking orders in person, by phone, and online; coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery; monitoring customer satisfaction; maintaining a clean front-of-house; and supporting daily operations.

• Qualifications: SSCE, OND, or Bachelor’s degree; 1–10 years’ experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Required skills: strong communication, patience, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Shift: 5 days on, 2 days off. Accommodation and meals provided. Salary: N70,00–N80,00/month.
