Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Procurement Personnel to manage purchasing for our hotel. Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating reliable suppliers for food, beverage, equipment, linens, and cleaning materials; negotiating contracts, prices, and terms; preparing purchase orders; coordinating timely deliveries and conducting quality inspections; maintaining procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports; collaborating with department heads to forecast needs and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock; ensuring compliance with financial and operational policies; and reporting on supplier performance and market trends.
