Firstfruit Housing Limited is seeking a results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive in Abuja to promote residential estates, generate qualified leads, close property transactions, and cultivate strong client relationships. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, conducting site tours, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and representing the company at events.
- Qualifications: HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales or marketing; real estate experience is a plus.
- Skills: excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities; target-driven and self-motivated.
