Frontier Homes, a purpose-driven real estate firm, seeks motivated Commission Sales Executives for a hybrid on-site position in Lagos. You will identify and pursue prospects, market residential estates, assist buyers through the purchase process, drive sales to meet defined KPIs, and maintain client portfolios.

• Qualifications: NCE/OND/HND/BSc
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, market research, professionalism, and self-motivation
• Location: Lagos-based applicants only; preference for Alimosho (Egbeda, Dopemu, Iyanu-Ipaja, Igando, Ayobo-Ipaja)
• Role: Part-time, commission-focused; handle client inquiries and foster lasting relationships
