Job Description
We are seeking a Growth & Engagement Executive to lead user acquisition, retention, and community engagement through data-driven campaigns and creative strategies. You will optimize conversion funnels, manage outreach programs, analyze performance metrics, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and run A/B tests to increase conversion rates and lifetime value.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or product roles, strong analytical ability, proficiency with CRM and analytics platforms, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with product and content teams to refine tactics and build meaningful relationships with our audience.
