Job Description
We are seeking a Protection Associate to support vulnerable populations through implementation of protection programs, conducting needs assessments, and coordinating referrals with partners. The position requires monitoring protection trends, documenting concerns, contributing to case management, and leading community outreach initiatives.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1–2 years of experience in protection or humanitarian work.
- Competencies: strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and familiarity with protection principles. Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
