We are hiring a full-time trainee (₦150,00–₦200,00/month) for a practical, hands-on program to develop into a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business, devising sales strategies, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with internal teams, and tracking KPIs to drive measurable growth.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
• experience in sales or business development;
• strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• target-driven, independent, and solid understanding of product and market dynamics.
