Agu.ng seeks a full-time Retail Sales Associate for our Ikenga Mall location in Awka. Female candidates are preferred. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing styling advice, achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, operating POS, supporting visual merchandising, managing stock and returns, and assisting with loss prevention.

• Qualifications: ND/HND/B.Sc.; 2–3 years in sales or customer service (fashion retail a plus); strong communication skills.
• Compensation: ₦120,00–₦150,00 monthly plus incentives, bonuses, annual leave, health insurance, and flexible shifts.
