Recruitment by Agency seeks an experienced General Manager to direct daily operations for a beauty products firm in Iba, Lagos. The successful candidate will oversee operations and sales, devise and implement growth strategies, lead and motivate teams to meet targets, and ensure consistent brand standards and service excellence.

• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Experience in the beauty industry preferred
