Job Description

We are seeking a Facility Officer to maintain safe, efficient workplace operations. The role includes overseeing building maintenance, coordinating vendors and contractors, scheduling repairs, managing facility budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and supporting office relocations or setup.

Responsibilities:

• Track asset inventory and manage service contracts
• Coordinate repairs and vendor performance
• Respond promptly to facility-related requests
• Ensure adherence to safety and MEP standards

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in facilities management or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and resolve problems quickly
