Job Description

We seek a full-time Business Analyst to analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions. Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, you will gather and document requirements, define functional and technical specifications, support user acceptance testing, and monitor implementations to ensure successful delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics required
• Proven business analyst experience with strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience producing BRD/FRD and process maps
• Competence in data analysis; Agile or Waterfall methodology experience is a plus
