Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, people-oriented Human Resources Officer to oversee daily HR operations at StarList Consulting. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters, coordinating performance appraisals and training, supporting payroll and leave administration, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor law.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; 2–3 years of HR experience; strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor law; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strict confidentiality; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
