We seek a professional Concierge Coordinator to provide outstanding guest services, oversee reservations, respond to guest requests, liaise with vendors, and assist front-desk operations. This full-time role requires flexibility to work varied shifts.

• Manage bookings and scheduling using common reservation tools.
• Coordinate vendor services and ensure timely fulfillment of requests.
• Deliver prompt, courteous communication and resolve issues effectively.
• Support front-desk tasks and maintain organized records.

Qualifications: excellent communication, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with scheduling systems. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
