2poshbeauty is seeking a professional Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service across all departments. You will welcome customers, advise on product selection and application, and clearly explain product features and benefits. Utilize upsell and cross-sell techniques to meet sales objectives while maintaining attractive displays, organized shelving, and store cleanliness. Accurately process cash and card transactions using the POS system. Stay current on new arrivals, promotions, and beauty trends. Build and sustain strong customer relationships, address inquiries and complaints courteously, and escalate issues when necessary. Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and periodic stocktaking. Employment types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, New graduate.
